What you need on the day
- A laptop, tablet or phone, and an internet connection good enough for video.
- A calculator, or the one on your phone.
- Somewhere you can work for the day without interruption.
- Your own sales, expense and stock records. Even a notebook.

Every concept is worked through one running case, a Somali trading business, then applied to your own figures. The timetable is Calibercode's and is followed as written.
From registering to your certificate
What happens, and when.
- Now Register Complete the form below. We confirm every place by email, and tell you if the cohort is full.
- On confirmation You receive the joining pack The link to join, what to prepare, and a short note on the records worth digging out.
- Before day one Gather your records Sales, expense and stock records from your own business, however informal. A notebook is enough. This is what makes the exercises yours rather than a case study.
- 13 to 15 October Three days, live Twenty four contact hours. Seventy per cent of it is practical: worked examples, your own figures, and coaching.
- Day three, afternoon Your ninety day plan One to one coaching to finish and present a prioritised plan for your own business, then a short assessment.
- After Your certificate, if you want one A Certificate of Completion recording attendance and your assessment score, co-signed by Isnaad and Calibercode. Optional, US$30.
Cost and certificate
Free to attend.
There is no charge for the programme itself. If you would like a certificate at the end, a US$30 certification fee applies, which covers marking your assessment, producing the certificate and the administration behind it. The certificate is optional and nobody is required to buy one.
It is a Certificate of Completion of a private programme, co-signed by Isnaad and Calibercode. It records your attendance and your assessment score. It is not a professional qualification and it carries no recognition by any ministry, regulator or professional body.
Please read before registering
- This programme is not an application for finance. Attending creates no commitment by Isnaad to lend to or invest in your business, and no commitment by you to borrow from or work with Isnaad. Nothing said during the three days should be understood as an offer or a promise of funding.
- Isnaad is licensed for Development Finance by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of Somalia. It is not a bank, it does not take deposits, and it does not operate a microfinance institution.
- Your records stay yours. You are not required to share any document with Isnaad. Whether you do is your choice, and it makes no difference to your place on the programme.
