Where Your Cash Is
Three hours on the question that closes businesses. The business is profitable, the order book is good, and there is no money in the account. This session shows you exactly where it went, using figures from your own business.

- 01 A one page worksheet, completed in your own figures
- 02 Your cash conversion cycle, in days
- 03 Your working capital requirement, in money
- 04 One change to make, and what it is worth to you
When and where
